Carolyn Wilson Evans, Esq. has joined the Law Offices of Anthony J. DiPaula, P.A. In her new role, she will help the general practice firm build personal relationships with its clients by focusing on serving personal, family, and small business legal needs.

Prior to joining the Law Offices of Anthony J. DiPaula, P.A., Evans worked at Sengstacke & Evans, LLC, a general practice firm in Harford County. Evans has experienced strong success and growth for over 15 years at Sengstacke & Evans, LLC, where she served clients on a wide variety of needs. She assisted clients in all aspects of business, including establishing corporate entities, selling businesses, reviewing contracts and landlord-tenant leases, and helping landlords through the process of working with new tenants or evicting existing ones.

Evans experience also includes working with clients on a variety of civil matters, from bankruptcy, partition actions, corporate formation, estate claims, and caveat actions to reviewing leases and assisting clients with the purchase and sale of businesses.

Evans has received several awards during her career including the Law Faculty Award, the Maryland Daily Record’s Top 100 Women award in 2008 & 2018, the Athena Award, and the Harford County Chamber of Commerce Hall of Fame award.

Evans is a past member of the Maryland Transportation Authority, and a past president of the Chesapeake Professional Women’s Network, Harford County Chamber of Commerce and Bel Air Rotary Club, where she remains an active member.  Carolyn presently serves on the Board of Directors of Harford Bank, Harford Community College Foundation Board, the Rockfield Foundation, and Maryland Center for the Visual and Performing Arts, where she co-chairs the annual Dancing for the Arts Gala.  She graduated with honors from the University of Baltimore School of Law and earned her B.A. from the College of Notre Dame of Maryland.
