Dug Funk is a second-generation artist who draws inspiration from his father and influential art teachers. Besides being an artist, he is a father himself and finds creative influence in his love for art, animals (particularly his dog, Tobias), and the world of professional wrestling. His artistic repertoire includes various mediums like graphite pencil, colored pencil, and acrylic paint, but he continually explores new techniques and materials. Portraiture, whether of people or animals, holds a special place in his heart, and his work reflects a deep connection with his subjects. Dug Funk’s art is a testament to his life’s journey, full of innovation, authenticity, and boundless creativity.
