Make Veggies More Fun with a Trip to the Farmer’s Market!

If you’re tired of eating the same ol’ veggies or you’re wanting to do something different this weekend, stop by the Bel Air Farmer’s Market! Explore new foods, support local farmers and vendors, and challenge yourself with a delicious recipe! There are so many possibilities. 

As soon as you get home, turn on that oven. Wash and chop your veggies and throw them onto a baking sheet. Drizzle extra virgin olive oil, sprinkle salt and pepper and roast them for a delicious veggie dinner side. Great for meal prep too! With the temps dropping, make comforting soups that you can easily freeze for future use. Can’t forget about a healthy version of your favorite dip with those fresh veggies you picked up.
