Who are you and what do you do?
Namaste and Hairspray my name is Sophia Musto and I’m here to guide women on their journey of self-care and soul care so they can channel the joy of their soul’s purpose.
Tell me more about the Zensetter Brand. How did it start?
To create a safe space where clients, hairstylists, and small businesses alike can inspire others through their stories.
How do you go about creating a Zensetter box?
Most women don’t realize that hair care is self-care. Self-care is soul care. And soul care is something we deserve. So I created an elevated salon experience where you feel like you’re walking into a Four Seasons — champagne and zen vibes included! From our hair painting to Zensetter boxes, I’m passionate about elevating your self-care through beautiful hair and beyond. Because at the end of the day, you should feel just as fresh on the outside as you do on the inside.
What is your goal for the podcast and what made you start one?
This is the podcast for storytelling. I, Sophia Musto, am a hair painting goddess talking all things life with you! My journey has certainly not been an easy one. Tune in as I talks about my journey to happiness, self care, and soul care. I bring plenty of friends along the way to tell their stories of hardships, success, and just to help small businesses get their brand out there!

I consider my clients Zensetters. That’s right! Through your experience with our services and soul-centered products, I want you to set the trend of mindful living both inside and out.
