Record Funding for Public Safety & Libraries; No Tax Increases
Harford County Executive Barry Glassman today recommended a $948 million budget for Fiscal Year 2021 that fully funds the school board’s operating budget request, provides record level funding for public safety, the public library system and community college, and does not raise tax rates. The budget also maintains county reserves for fiscal uncertainties due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
