April Adoption Special: While we’re all inside practicing social distancing, take $40 off any dog or cat adoption between April 1 and 30.
Operations Update: Effective at 11am on Tuesday, March 31, 2020 and until further notice, the Humane Society of Harford County will be open to the public only by appointment for adoptions and owner surrenders. These changes are necessary due to Governor Hogan’s stay at home order. The shelter will continue to be staffed by paid employees.
