In order to safely and effectively serve our community, the health department is providing services by appointment only. If you are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, which include cough, fever or difficulty breathing, your appointment will be rescheduled.
Call 410-838-1500 for an appointment for the following services:
- Behavioral Health (services will be provided via telehealth)
- Environmental Health
- Health Insurance (MCHP)
- Vital Records (Birth and Death Certificates)
All services that are in the health department’s Woodbridge location, including STI and HIV testing, Family planning services and immunizations, should call 410-612-1779 for an appointment.
WIC services are closed to the public, however they are completing appointments via phone. Individuals should call 410-939-6680.
