County Executive Barry Glassman today declared a State of Emergency in Harford County due to the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic. County Executive Glassman issued the declaration to provide flexibility in maintaining county government functions during the public health crisis. A copy of Executive Order 20-01 is below.
