Fallston office fourth in a series of new Northrop Realty office openings
Northrop Realty, A Long & Foster Company, is opening an office in Fallston located at 2309 Belair Road, Suite B, the residential real estate brokerage’s first office in Harford County. The new 2,500-square-foot office will support 30 real estate agents and team members serving Harford County.
“Harford County is growing tremendously with new homes, neighborhoods, restaurants and shopping,” said Creig Northrop, president and CEO of Northrop Realty. “We’re serving more and more clients in Harford County, and we want to continue providing the absolute best service possible. The Fallston office opening follows a series of new Northrop Realty office openings, including the brokerage’s Fenwick Island, Delaware, office in August, its Frederick, Maryland, office in June and its Ellicott City, Maryland, office in March. Northrop Realty also has offices in Annapolis, Clarksville, Columbia, Silver Spring, Sykesville and Timonium, Maryland, bringing the total number of offices to 10.
Formerly the Creig Northrop Team of Long & Foster Real Estate, Northrop Realty became a full-service brokerage within the Long & Foster Real Estate family of companies last year. The transition from real estate team to brokerage allows Northrop Realty to grow its service areas.
