Because of you, we continue to grow
It’s amazing how far Harford County Living has come in just 4 years. When it was started in 2012, it was a small project to promote good positive news in Harford County and local businesses, organizations and events. We still do that, but the traffic to the website and our social media pages is unbelievable. In one year, the website has more than tripled in traffic, and we have all of you to thank.
We also need to thank our partners that advertise on Harford County Living, because if it wasn’t for them. the website would have shut down after the first year due to the inability to pay the bills. So we would like to thank Four Seasons Nursery and Landscape Services, Towne Grill & Pub, Spa Bellezza, Jared Allen – Edward Jones, Nic’s Auto Services, Full Circle Tire & Auto, Handy Man From Heaven, Queen Bees Shop, The Curiosity Shoppe, eMERGE Wellness, Blue Heron Gift Shop, Green Machine Lawns, Joppatowne Lions Club, and Great Escapes Harford.
We jumped from doing a weekly 20 minute radio show to doing a monthly round-table podcast that runs anywhere from 30 minutes to almost 2 hours. This is something that we plan to keep on doing in order to help promote more local businesses, organizations and events.
We are adding a non-profit page to the website for all Harford County non-profits to list their organisation… for FREE. After talking to some non-profits in Harford County, it’s sad how many people don’t even know about them. This is just our way of getting their name out there.
We also have some other plans for 2017, so get ready Harford County, because we want to let everyone know that when it comes to our county, “There’s No Place Like It!”
