Go to Featured Pets – The Humane Society of Harford County (harfordshelter.org) to adopt the following pets:

Dog of the Week- Jonny Quest

Toys, toys and more toys, I love them so much they make my entire day complete! Soccer balls, basket balls and stuffed animals will fill my heart with glee! I enjoy my shelter friends who play with me and like to cuddle after. I have a lot of energy who would benefit with a home that would have older kids and an active household. Do you need a hiking buddy? CHECK. A friend to play fetch with? CHECK. Or even a cuddling companion? CHECK. I’m just the guy for you!!!!

Cat of the Week- White Cheddar

Hi, I’m White Cheddar! Funny name for a black cat, right? Well I’m full of surprises. I may be 10 years old but you’d never guess when you see the way I go after wand toys like an energetic, young kitten. I’ve been stuck at the shelter since April which is hard when I love getting attention from my human friends! I’m a cuddle bug and enjoy a fuzzy stuffed animal to nap with. I get along with other cats so add me to your crew!

Critter of the Week- Gushers

Gushers are a Betty Crocker-branded fruit snack introduced in 1991. I am a rabbit introduced to the world about a year ago in 2022, and to you today! I am a curious bunny, playful and sweet.  I love to roam and explore. My most favorite thing isn’t a toy- it’s the paper the toys come packed in! That’s right, give me a bunch of brown paper and I entertain myself. Guess what?? I’m litter trained! Now when people ask your favorite kind of Gushers, you can say “my sweet spotted bunny!”
