Klein’s Family Markets recently donated 200 turkeys and hams to St. Margaret Church in Bel Air for Thanksgiving. The turkeys and hams will go to those in need this holiday season.
The turkeys and hams are donated back to Klein’s Family Markets by customers and the Klein’s team provides vouchers to St. Margaret Church so individuals in need can shop for and pick out their own turkey or ham at no cost.
“Everyone deserves to enjoy a delicious holiday meal,” said Sarah Klein, Klein’s ShopRite Director of Front-End Operations. “Giving back to our community and leading philanthropic efforts has always remained core to our family’s mission. St. Margaret does great work in the community, and we’re thrilled to support them and help provide for those who would otherwise not be able to purchase a Thanksgiving turkey or ham.”
Klein’s Family Markets has donated these items to St. Margaret Church for the last two years and plans to continue their commitment.
