A New Show Celebrating Harford County Public Schools
Show to be Produced in Partnership with HarfordTV
Harford County Public Schools (HCPS) is thrilled to announce the launch of an exciting new television
program, “Cool Harford Schools” produced in partnership with HarfordTV. This dynamic new show will
take viewers on an educational journey through HCPS, showcasing the remarkable aspects of the school
system, both inside the classroom and behind the scenes.
‘Cool Harford Schools’ is hosted by Jillian Lader, HCPS Manager of Communications, and promises to be
an engaging and informative experience for audiences of all ages.
The focus of ‘Cool Harford Schools’ is on the dedication, innovation, and excellence that define HCPS.
From inspiring educators and accomplished students to the unsung heroes who work tirelessly behind
the scenes, this show will shed light on the incredible people and initiatives that make HCPS a vibrant,
thriving, and safe educational community.
Superintendent of Harford County Public Schools, Dr. Sean Bulson, expressed his enthusiasm for the
show’s launch, stating, “We already know how many amazing things our students are consistently doing,
and we are excited to have another opportunity to share the unique strengths and successes of Harford
County Public Schools with the community through ‘Cool Harford Schools.’”
Kelly Jara, Executive Director of HarfordTV, expressed her support for the partnership stating,

The premiere episode of ‘Cool Harford Schools’ is set to air on HarfordTV on October 2, 2023. It will air
Mondays at 2:00 p.m., Thursday at 7:00 p.m., Fridays at 4:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. and Saturdays at 9:00
a.m. You can watch HarfordTV on Armstrong channel 7 and HD 101, Comcast channel 21 and HD 1084
and Verizon channel 31.
