Dog of the Week – TUCKER

Age: 5 years

Color: Black

Breed: Mixed Breed

Gender: Male

Adoption Fee: $16 (all March)

Who’s that adorable boy with the big, bright smile? Why it’s me, Tucker, and I hope you come for a visit and pick me! I’m a super sweet 5-year-old mixed breed who hopes you have a big basket of tennis balls. I LOVE those darn things and would be the happiest camper if you’d throw some for me in the backyard after work. Speaking of backyards and camping, my theme song is John Denver’s “Country Roads, Take Me Home (To The Place I Belong)”. You know the song and I bet you’re humming along (smile). I’m super loveable and love butt scratches and hugs. I’m also pretty cool with other dogs and enjoy playing with them. If you’re interested in meeting me and taking me home to the place I belong, come meet me. I’ll be waiting patiently!

Cat of the Week – BUSY

Age: 2 years

Color: Brown Tabby

Breed: Domestic Shorthair Mix

Gender: Male

Adoption Fee: $95

Hello, my name is Busy and I’ve been busy as a bee trying to look my cutest for any potential adopters passing by! Betcha can’t resist my big cheeks, the smudge on my nose and my multicolored toe beans!! As soon as you start petting me I roll around, purring and making muffins in the air with my adorable white mittens. In my previous home I lived with teenaged kids and other cats but I know nothing of these creatures you call dogs. I love to cuddle so scooch over; you’ll have to share the bed with me! I am on a prescription urinary diet and I may require this food for life, but it’s no big deal. Even though I’m Busy, I’ll clear my schedule for you, so make some time to come meet me today!

Critter of the WeekWALNUT

Age: 8 months

Color: Brown, Gold & White

Breed: Guinea Pig

Gender: Male

Adoption Fee: $20

Where does the sports obsessed guinea pig go to watch football? In his man-cavy! Get it? Hi, I’m Walnut, an 8-month-old piggie with the longest hair that cascades down my back. I’m a social little guy with a fun personality who will bond with you, and before long, I’ll squeal with excitement when I see you or think you’re bringing me a yummy treat! I would make a wonderful companion for someone who doesn’t want to get up early to walk the dog. You know who you are! Come for a visit and talk to the staff here if you think I might be the one for you!
