About the Restaurant
We would like to congratulate Independent Brewing Company on winning the 2021 Harford County Living Choice Award for Favorite Local Brewery.
With a taproom and patio in the center of historic downtown Bel Air, Maryland’s Independent Brewing Company is Harford County’s top production brewery. Families, cyclists, and well-behaved dogs are all welcome at Independent Brewing Company, which is just at the top of the famed Ma and Pa Trail.
Independent offers small-batch artisanal ales and ciders on 26 rotating taps, many of which are made with locally sourced ingredients from Harford County and are gluten-free. Local food trucks come and go throughout the day, serving a range of locally sourced, fresh, and seasonal fare. In addition to six-pack options, they offer growler and 32 oz. can fills on-site. Organic juices, cane sugar sodas, and other non-alcoholic beverages are all available at IBCo, as are Nitro Cold Brew Coffee, Homemade Root Beer, and Kombucha on Tap, among others.
