Michelle is running for Clerk of Court in Harford County, Maryland. Michelle explains what the Clerk of Court actually does and how she’s hoping to make history. If Michelle wins the election, she will be the first woman in Harford County history to be elected as Clerk of Court. With her background with the Maryland Judiciary, she is absolutely qualified for the position.
