About the Restaurant
Conrad’s Crabs and Seafood Market debuted in January 2007 after years of planning and hard work. At the time, two additional partners aided in the establishment of this Maryland crab restaurant. Anthony and Andrea Conrad were able to seize complete control of the market in the fall of 2007. Since then, they have operated as solo proprietors and have enjoyed ongoing success in this business, with sales increasing year after year.
Conrad’s Crabs & Seafood Market takes pleasure in providing the freshest, highest-quality crabs and seafood to their clients, as well as the greatest customer service. They catch, sort, and steam the crabs until they are perfectly cooked with their own crab spice. It’s the ideal combination of salt and spices that enhances the flavor of their crabs.
The Conrad’s teamed with Joseph Lancelotta, an accomplished and gifted chef, in 2011. Conrad’s Seafood Restaurant opened its doors on January 29, 2014, exactly seven years to the day after the carry-out launched. Conrad’s can now provide the freshest crabs and seafood in a sit-down restaurant setting. Executive Chef Lancelotta has crafted a fresh, handmade menu using products and ingredients found locally.
