Rage Against Addiction & Harford County Living Team Together

Bringing more awareness about addiction

Rage Against Addiction has partnered with Rich Bennett of Harford County Living to create podcasts in an effort to bring awareness to communities about the devastating affects of addiction and to also spread hope about the possibility of recovery.

Rage Against Addiction is non-profit organization dedicated to connecting addicts and their families with the resources they need to find a path to recovery that will enable them to lead happy healthy lives. Its mission is to “provide awareness and support to anyone affected by drug and alcohol abuse, including the family. We understand that the disease of addiction is a family disease and that no family is immune.”

Listeners will hear from Wendy Messner, Founder and Executive Director of Rage Against Addiction; Rachel Bongiorno, Recovery Coach and Daughter’s House Program Director; Mia Ellis, Administrator; and many other Rage team members as well as those who have been supported by Rage in the past. Each person has been impacted by addiction; listen in for real-life stories, event and fundraising opportunities, program information, and ways you can help fight this tragic epidemic right here in your community. Addiction does not have to be a life sentence.

Rage Against Addiction is no stranger to the podcast world. Wendy Messner and Mia Ellis joined Rich Bennett for an hour-long podcast that was released on March 29, 2021 that really dove deep into the heartbreaking scene of addiction. As substance abuse is endlessly on the rise, Rage strives to help as many individuals and families as possible and has decided to continue its partnership with Rich Bennett of Harford County Living to keep listeners up to date with events and fundraisers, and to provide resource information as well as information about our growing programs. Tune in on August 4th for the start of weekly podcasts with the Rage team. These will be Special episodes each Wednesday on Harford County Living with Rich Bennett. We all know someone impacted by addiction. It does not discriminate, and no family is immune. We hope you will join us.
