Pets of the Week for June 28, 2021

Tucker, Paul & Jazz

June is Adopt a Shelter Cat Month, so to celebrate, Humane Society of Harford County are lowering the adoption fee on all adult cats (at least 7 months old) to just $25 (regular price $95).

Cat of the Week – TUCKER

Age: 3 years

Color: Black & White

Breed: Domestic Shorthair Mix

Gender: Male

Adoption Fee: $25

My name is Tucker and I’m the perfect little boy for you. Why? I’m great at keeping a running conversation! I just love to talk and talk. And you’ll get tons of snuggles and kisses daily, I promise. I have pretty cool markings too and almost look like I’m wearing chaps, LOL! I do have FIV which is no big deal as long as I live indoors 100% (I don’t care to go outside anyway) and live with other FIV positive kitties. I’m just 3 years old, so I should have a normal, healthy life ahead of me. Contact the shelter at 410-836-1090 or to get an appointment to see me!

Come adopt me please.

Critter of the Week – PAUL

Age: 1.5 years
Color: White
Breed: Silkie
Gender: Male
Adoption Fee: $10

What’s a gorgeous Silkie rooster like me doing at the shelter? I mean, the singles scene here is awful! I can’t meet any single ladies/hens or mingle with others of my own kind. I try to go to the bar, but all they have on tap are crumbles and mealworms. Where are the cicadas?? Can you help me out? I’m pretty friendly and I mean, just look at me. My looks speak for themselves…LOL! If you have a coop and a flock that I can join, don’t wait a second longer. Call or email the shelter for an appointment to meet me.

Come adopt me please.

Dog of the Week – JAZZ

Age: 6 months

Color: Tan & White

Breed: Mixed Breed

Gender: Female

Adoption Fee: $250

My name’s Jazz, but smooth talkin’ during a quiet storm isn’t the only thing I’m good at. I’m the best friend you’ve always wanted. The staff at the shelter have quickly become obsessed with me. They say I’m just too good to be true. I mean, good looks and a killer personality – talk about a win! I even love my doggy friends too. We could just run around and play all day. When were done, we can totally hop on the couch for some sleepy time cuz that’s always fun too. Especially if you’ve got a big comfy blanket we can snuggle with. Don’t I sound like a catch? What are you waiting for? Contact the shelter at 410-836-1090 or and let’s get this party started!

Come adopt me please.
