Health Department Takes Precaution for COVID-19 and Closes Health Department Buildings to the Public

Harford County Health Officer, Dr. Russell Moy, issued the following statement on the COVID-19 virus in Harford County:

“Due to the current State of Emergency, the Maryland Department of Health has directed the Harford County Health Department to be closed to the public in order to reduce the risk of customer exposure of Coronavirus COVID-19.
