Harford County Executive Barry Glassman congratulates Maryland State Silver Gloves Champions Keith Bagwell and Kesean Bagwell, and their coach, Maxell Taylor. Both of the young men earned their titles in the 12 – 13 year old age group, competing within their respective weight class. Coach Taylor, a former champion boxer, is in the Maryland Boxing Hall of Fame.
