Harford County Cultural Arts Board Coordinator Jessica Cleaver shares, “The Arts in Education Grant program was established to provide meaningful opportunities through the arts for underserved community members. Arts experiences foster dynamic learning; sparking conversation, connection, and understanding of the world around us; and can be integrated into any subject, theme, or developmental level.”
