WHFC 91.1 FM Harford Community College Radio’s Ice Cream Fundraiser Night is back by popular demand! Join station staff, students and volunteers on Thursday, September 5 at Jarrettsville Creamery and Deli, 1747 Jarrettsville Road.
Enjoy some tasty bites, pick up a program schedule to see what 91.1 has to offer, and support your favorite local college station! From 5 to 9 PM, 10% of all food and ice cream sales will be donated to the Harford Community College Foundation to go toward much-needed supplies and equipment for the Radio Learning Lab.
WHFC supports Harford County and showcases the talents of Harford’s students and volunteers. Anyone who is interested in learning radio, podcasting, audio production and more can come to WHFC for training.
Can’t make the fundraiser but want to help? Donations can be made through the Harford Community College Foundation at WHFC911.org or by mailing a check to WHFC, 401 Thomas Run Road, Bel Air, MD 21015. Contributions from loyal listeners and local businesses directly support the station’s community of student learners and volunteers.
