Susquehanna Workforce Network (SWN) has been a trusted source for workforce development in Harford and Cecil County for over four decades. With a staff of 25 employees, they have dedicated all their resources to improve the quality of life for local companies, workers, and job seekers. SWN continues to expand and innovate their events, training programs, and partnerships to address the pressing economic challenges of the region. They aim to grow the region’s workforce competitively and advance the future of families and local businesses. SWN thanks its customers for their continued confidence and looks forward to providing their services for another forty-plus years.
