The Phoenyx Farm and Sanctuary, Inc. will hold a Spring Family Farm Fest on Sunday, May 7, from noon to 5 PM. The farm is located at 1007 Prospect Mill Road, Bel Air, MD.
This family-friendly event will feature live music, great food, vendors, pony rides, photo opportunities, a cake walk, Mother’s Day crafts, raffles, and a chance to meet and greet the horses of the farm. It’s a great opportunity for the young ones to create a craft to give mom for Mother’s Day! Games and some good family fun will also be available.
This fundraising event is in support of the mission of the Phoenyx Farm & Sanctuary, which is “to rescue unwanted or neglected equines and provide them with a safe and secure refuge. We provide every animal that comes to us with proper medical care, an individualized nutrition plan and daily handling. Our goals are to give our residents a second chance for a healthy and productive life, provide hospice care when necessary, and educate our community about proper care through our numerous outreach programs. For many of our animals, The Phoenyx Farm and Sanctuary will be their ‘Forever Home.’”
