Work on the building will take approximately 10 weeks
Harford County Public Library has announced that the Bel Air Library will close on Wednesday, April 5, for approximately 10 weeks for major repairs, including the replacement of both elevators.
The Passport Acceptance Facility will be temporarily relocated to the Abingdon Library location and will accept appointments beginning April 5.
Customers are invited to visit any of HCPL’s 10 other branch locations and take advantage of the 24/7 resources available at HCPLonline.org.

Harford County Public Library operates 11 branches located throughout Harford County offering access to ideas that inform, entertain and inspire. Last year the library interacted with its residents more than 12 million times – borrowing free materials, visiting branches and the website, using free WiFi, and attending classes and events.
