I am passionate about sharing laughter and love through writing. A writer for as long as I can remember, I self-published an uplifting book entitled Found in Faith in August 2018. My next book, Wisdom from the Womb, is more on the humorous side and aims to help give expecting moms something to laugh at during their pregnancy. My first children’s picture book, Sheldon’s Time, was released August 2022. Outside of writing, I lead workshops related to mental health and writing entitled Writing to Heal. While I love writing for everyone and all ages, I consider my specialty to be a process I call Intuitive Writing, where I create custom poems and stories as gifts for others.
On a personal note, I’m a very proud mother of an amazing daughter who keeps me on my toes. I consider myself to be a highly sensitive and intuitive person who deeply feels things and deeply cares about other people. I’m also a proud mental health advocate who is very open about my personal experience with generalized anxiety. Outside of being a mom, I really love shopping (even grocery store shopping), positive energy movement like yoga, and dancing.
