As part of its ongoing support of charities across Harford County, The Harford County Association of REALTORS® (HarCAR) recently hosted a toy drive to benefit the Breathe 379 Hope Center.
Breathe 379 is dedicated to finding and meeting the needs of Harford County community members and beyond. Breathe 379 offers numerous services including but not limited to:
- Providing Coats and clothes to those in need
- Hosting holiday Toy Drives
- Providing food through its pantry
- Giving out Backpack Survival Kits to those in housing transitions
- Helping to provide shoes for orphanages in Africa
Last year during its toy drive Breathe 379 was able to give out 900 gifts, 400 sets of PJs and stockings. Since inception, Breathe 379 has given out over 5000 toys & 800 sets of stockings and PJ’s.
“Our association remains committed to supporting various nonprofits that do amazing work in our community. We are thankful for our incredible members who always go above and beyond to make an impact,” said HarCAR President Linda Rich. “We were thrilled to host a toy drive to support Breathe 379’s great work and help spread joy to those who need it most this holiday season.”
The toy drive, led by HarCAR’s Networking Committee, was part of its annual Holiday Party and Member Appreciation event.
