Dog of the Week – CHIP

Age: 7 years

Color: Brindle & White

Breed: Mixed Breed

Gender: Male

Adoption Fee: Pick Your Own Adoption Price (all November)

Hey here’s a tip! If you’re hip, you’ll come meet me, I’m Chip! If you haven’t noticed already, I am a bug-eyed cutie patootie! My eyes get sooo big when I’m super excited. I love going for walks or just chilling with people. I am on the calmer side (most of the time), giving cuddles to whoever I am with. I love treats and toys. I do well with other dogs, but I’m not sure about the whole feline thing because I’ve never been around them. I am looking for my forever home, so if you are interested, please fill out an application and don’t be shy to come on down and meet me!

Cat of the Week – POKI

Age: 4.5 years

Color: Black & White

Breed: Domestic Shorthair Mix

Gender: Female

Adoption Fee: $95

Hi there, my name is Poki! I am a very sweet but shy girl who takes some time to adjust to new places but one of the best ways to gain my trust is by giving me plenty of head scratches. Before long, you’ll hear me purring my little heart out as I make biscuits with my adorable white mittens! I would love to find a calm, quiet home with someone who will give me the time I need to come out of my shell. Ask my human staff here at the shelter; I am a big sweetheart and just need a little love and patience!

Critter of the Week – MR. QUACKERS

Age: 1 year

Color: White

Breed: Duck

Gender: Male

Adoption Fee: $25

Hey, I’m your new feathery friend known as Mr. Quackers! I am hoping to find a nice barnyard or duck-friendly backyard where I can waddle about to my heart’s content. Some of my favorite things include paddling around in a kiddie pool, getting my head wet and splashing water on my back. Mealworms and other yummy ducky treats are a must if you want to be my friend! Like what you see? Please come to the shelter’s front desk and ask to see me!
