Voter Registration will also be Offered During Shred Day
The Harford County Association of REALTORS® (HarCAR) will host a community-wide shred day on Saturday, October 15th from 9-12 p.m. The event is held at the HarCAR office located at 2227 Old Emmorton Rd #117, Bel Air, MD 21015.
During the event, HarCAR’s Voter Registration Task Force will also be present to register voters and assist with any voting needs.
Shred Day is hosted by HarCAR’s Equal Opportunity Committee and members of the public are invited to bring items to be shredded by Chesapeak Shredding, compliments of HarCAR.
“We are extremely excited for this year’s Shred Day,” said CEO Kathy McFadden. “Shred Day is always a hit, and we are now offering voter registration during the event. With the election right around the corner, Shred Day is a great opportunity to clear your clutter while making sure that your voting needs are taken care of!”
A community food drive will also take place during shred day. HarCAR asks that those attending Shred Day bring a non-perishable food item for the food drive, but it is not required.
