Dog of the Week – WILLOW
Age: 2.5 years
Color: Tan & White
Breed: Mixed Breed
Gender: Female
Adoption Fee: $25
Who’s the dog behind the soft, pink snoot? Willow, that’s who! This two-year-old wiggle butt enjoys her daily walks with our staff and volunteers on the trails around our property and of course, winning human hearts with those big gold eyes and tender puppy kisses. Willow knows how to sit pretty and loves to show off for a treat. Don’t be dog-less this summer! Willow is waiting to meet you at the Humane Society of Harford County in Fallston, Mondays-Fridays from 2-6 and Saturdays from 12-5.
Cat of the Week – MOMMAS
Age: 1 year
Color: Black & White
Breed: Domestic Shorthair Mix
Gender: Female
Adoption Fee: $95
Hey, Mommas here! If you’ve been searching for the purrfect kitty to brighten up your life and always make you feel loved, I’m the one for you! I’ve got it all: I’m social, I’m playful, I’m cuddly. The only catch is I don’t like being around other animals, but I don’t consider that a bad thing. It means more quality time for just you and me! And I’m never too shy to demand more time with you; I’ll politely tap you with my paw over and over again until you pay attention to me. So make sure you have plenty of toys ready before I come home! I love any kind of long wand toy that flutters through the air that I can jump around for and I’m sure you’ll discover lots of other toys I’ll enjoy too. Then when we’re tired of playing, we can snuggle up together on the couch and watch a movie together. Sounds like a perfect day to me!
Critter of the Week – CHERRY BLOSSOM
Age: 2 years
Color: Tan & Grey
Breed: Lionhead Rabbit
Gender: Female
Adoption Fee: $25
We’d like you to meet Cherry Blossom, a Lionhead rabbit whose lively personality is always in bloom – and you don’t have to travel to D.C. to see it! And we’ve gotta say, she’s got one of the best “hare” styles around! She’d do best in a bunny proofed room/area where she can explore and zoom around until she tires herself out. Then she flops her back legs out behind her to show she’s comfortable and ready to relax. If you’d like to meet Cherry and consider giving her a great home, come for a visit soon!
