About the Artist
My first memory of a love of music dates back to when I was 12 years old and listening to blues legends on Radio Free Luxembourg while living in Vicenza, Italy. I attribute my early exposure to the timeless art and architecture of Europe, as well as my familiarity with various art mediums, to my mother, who was an artist. By the age of 15, I was sneaking into NCO clubs to hear soul bands cover current Stax/Volt and Motown hits. Later, my family returned to the United States and settled in Virginia.
