The Havre de Grace Arts & Entertainment (A&E) District will host the ARTmazing Race on Saturday, November 13, 2021 from 2:00pm to 6:00pm throughout the businesses in downtown Havre de Grace. The event is free, and participants can play as a team (of any size) or individually.
Participants start the race by picking up event maps at the Cultural Center at the Opera House on the day of the race beginning at 2pm. Individuals or teams may start anytime between 2pm and 6pm on the day of the event, but all entries must be returned to the Opera House by 6pm that day to be eligible for the raffle. The clues will be clearly marked in each participating store in the A&E District. The goal is to find the answers for each clue. Three winners will be chosen with the first-place winner receiving a prize valued over $500.
Select restaurants and businesses will feature specialty cocktails, exotic coffee drinks, designer macarons and unique burger creations. Keep an eye out for the free youth art projects in town. Participants will receive additional raffle entries by showing their receipts for specialty ARTmazing treats and/or a completed youth art project.
