Cat of the Week – BABY CAKES

Age: 10 years

Color: Brown & White Tabby

Breed: Domestic Shorthair Mix

Gender: Male

Adoption Fee: $45

Hey there, cat-loving friends! I’m Baby Cakes, a unique 3-legged kitty who’s great with other cats and so, so affectionate. I can be a bit of a talker, especially when you encourage me by talking back! The staff here at the shelter have no idea how or why I lost my front leg, but it doesn’t slow me down one bit. Come spend some time with me in the community cat room, and my delightful personality will win you over! The shelter’s open by appointment, so simply call 410-836-1090 or email adopt@harfordshelter.org!

Come adopt me please.

Critter of the Week – THOR

Age: 1 year

Color: White, Brown & Gold

Breed: Guinea Pig

Gender: Male

Adoption Fee: $20

“Life is all about growth and change.” Thor
Hey there fellow avenger! It’s me, Thor, God of thunder. Well, not exactly the real one, but I’m much cooler. If you’re looking for a talkative and very food motivated piggy, then you’ve come to the right place. Just shake a bag of lettuce and hear me squeak. I’m a very laid-back guinea pig. One who doesn’t mind just watching TV with you all day or listening to your favorite music. Not to mention, I’m the cutest little boy you’ll ever set your eyes on. Come and meet me and just see how fast you fall in love. I promise I have tons of hugs waiting for you! So if you’re interested in sharing some lettuce with me, then please call 410-836-1090 or email adopt@harfordshelter.org so you can bring me home!

Come adopt me please.

Dog of the Week – COCO

Age: 6.5 years

Color: Brown & White

Breed: Mixed Breed

Gender: Female

Adoption Fee: $95

Coco is a little ray of sunshine! Her happy-go-lucky attitude is contagious and every time you walk her, you will be smiling too. She knows what she wants – whether it’s your attention, or that treat in your hand – she will give a little woof to remind you! Personal space, who needs it? Not Coco! She will want to be right next to you (or in your lap) while you pet her and tell her what a good girl she is. Coco will sit for treats, but don’t keep her waiting long, or you’ll hear that “woof”! While she loves running around and chasing after tennis balls, she also has a very tender side and will give you sweet gentle kisses on the cheek. Need a Coco in your life? Get your appointment by calling 410-836-1090 or emailing adopt@harfordshelter.org today!
