K&B Bridals is now offering brides the opportunity to have virtual consultations and at-home try ons. This is in response to the fact that non-essential businesses across Maryland had to shut down, due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Weddings across the country are being postponed, but there are still brides out there who need to find a wedding dress for their upcoming weddings. Because it’s not currently possible for brides to come into the store, K&B Bridals wants to give them the chance to get the same experience that they would in-store.
With this new K&B Virtual Experience, you can schedule a virtual consultation with one of their stylists through FaceTime calls or Zoom meetings. They are offering these consultations for bridal, bridesmaids, and mother of the bride/groom.
During these consultations, a stylist will walk you through styles and sizing just as they would in-store. After the consultation, customers will have the opportunity to try on up to five dresses from the comfort of their own home.
Bridget Moore, the owner, says, “We just set up our first virtual appointment and our bride was so excited and thankful! I think having the opportunity to still celebrate something fun in the wedding planning journey is so helpful at a time like this. We always want our brides to know we are here for them and will help them through their journey — whatever that looks like.”
Moore is also reassuring customers that once the dresses return to the shop, they are fully cleaned and sanitized. The safety of customers is K&B’s number one priority.
