Due to statewide restrictions on public gatherings, and to slow the spread of the COVID-19 coronavirus, the Harford County Department of Procurement will be broadcasting bid openings publicly via Webex on Thursdays at 1:30 p.m. until further notice. Webex video links and audio information will be posted on the Harford County Department of Procurement’s Bid Board webpage, https://www.harfordcountymd.gov/1540/Bid-Board-and-Results.
