The nomination deadline for the 2020 Women of Tomorrow Awards has been extended to Monday, February 3, 2020.
Do you know an exceptional young woman in grade 7 – 12? The Harford County Department of Community Services and Commission for Women are seeking nominations of outstanding young women for their 2020 Women of Tomorrow Awards. The nominee should be a Harford County resident in grade 7 – 12 who has made a difference in her school and/or community and positively impacts the lives of others. Nominees will be honored at a ceremony at the Richlin Ballroom and winners will receive a $250 cash prize.
Information and nomination packets can be obtained from Harford County Public Schools or online at www.harfordcountymd.gov/services. All nomination packets must be completed and postmarked by February 3, 2020.
The Harford County Women’s Commission consists of 15 volunteer members appointed by the county executive and approved by the county council.
