Harford County Signs MOU with Aberdeen Proving Ground on Access Road to Perryman Peninsula E-Commerce Center

Harford County Executive Barry Glassman and Maj Gen. Randy S. Taylor, Commanding General of Communications-Electronics Command (CECOM) and Senior Commander of Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG), execute an MOU signing for a MD 715/Perryman Access Road on location at Ruggles Golf Course, which sits adjacent to MD 715 and the APG installation. The agreement supports mutually beneficial aspects for community and installation with regard to transportation and economic development initiatives, including an additional access point for the Perryman area, which serves as Harford County’s e-commerce center for big box distribution and manufacturing, and an additional evacuation route for the APG workforce east of the railroad bridge.
