Harford County government is recognized for its fiscal year 2018 comprehensive annual financial report (CAFR) with a Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting by the Government Finance Officers Association of the United States and Canada. This is the 34th consecutive annual award for Harford County’s CAFR, and an extraordinary achievement during a year in which Treasury employees also implemented a new financial system known as Workday.
