Artist of the Week Feature Being Added
We tried to do a Favorite Local Artist category in our Community Choice Awards, and as most of you know, we ran into problems with it. It was our mistake by not adding separate Art categories, and we should have made more requirements for someone to be nominated. Because of this, some people got upset and one individual does not want to be mentioned in anything we do anymore, so please accept our apologies. We are turning this mistake into success for Harford County Locals.
As you know, we feature a Business of the Week and a Non-Profit of the Week, which is our way of helping to promote and support local businesses and organizations. Now, starting on April 23, 2018, we will also feature an Artist of the Week. This will help promote the arts in Harford County and give local Artists some free advertising.
The requirements are simple:
- Name
- Website (Facebook Page, Instagram, or Twitter isn’t considered a website)
