Harford County officials congratulate Heidi DiGennaro, shift manager in the Harford County Department of Emergency Services, for winning the 2017 Line Supervisor of the Year Award for Maryland from the Mid-Eastern Chapter of APCO, a national association of public safety communications professionals. Heidi won the award for her strong work ethic, positive attitude and for serving as a role model within her department.
