Profiles, Inc., the Baltimore-based marketing and communications firm, is pleased to announce that marketing and public relations specialist, Bridget Forney is rejoining its team as vice president.
Forney’s new appointment was predicated by a nearly five-year tenure at Profiles beginning in 2008 when she managed several accounts, brands, partnerships and events while generating positive exposure for client programs and initiatives through strategic communications campaigns.
Since then, her work on behalf of national brands like Snyder’s of Hanover Pretzels, PANDORA Jewelry, Cape Cod Potato Chips, Kiddie Academy and others positioned within highly competitive markets earned nods from industry organizations like the American Marketing Association, Public Relations Society of America and the American Advertising Federation. Additionally, The Daily Record named her one of Maryland’s Top 20 in Their Twenties in 2015 and Forney was honored as a Rising PR Star by industry leader, PRNews in 2016. Forney brings more than 10 years of public relations, multi-channel marketing and digital strategy experience to Profiles, where she will continue to manage accounts in a strategic communications function, as well as leverage knowledge of media markets in national DMAs for clients. Forney will also support Profiles’ business development programs and digital media initiatives.
Prior to rejoining Profiles, Forney led regional and national marketing, PR and crisis communications programs at Kiddie Academy, a national leader in educational childcare with close to 200 franchised locations nationwide. There, she supported all of the franchisor’s new Academies with media and community relations throughout the construction process, as well as PR initiatives for its corporate office and 186 open and operating locations. Leading up to her work with Kiddie Academy, Forney represented several brands including Snyder’s-Lance, Roland Park Place and the Foundation for the Baltimore County Public Library, among others.
The Bel Air, Md resident is a graduate of Stevenson University.
