County Executives Glassman, Kittleman and Schuh Host Tri-County Opioids Addiction Summit
Lt. Governor Boyd Rutherford, WBAL’s Keith Mills to Speak
Harford County Executive Barry Glassman, Howard County Executive Allan H. Kittleman, and Anne Arundel County Executive Steve Schuh will host a Tri-County Opioids Addiction Summit featuring panel discussions on public health partnerships, drug court programs, the neurobiology of addiction and law enforcement collaboration.
Each county executive will discuss his jurisdiction’s efforts to address the growing opioid addiction crisis. Lt. Governor Boyd Rutherford will outline statewide efforts to combat opioid and heroin abuse. WBAL radio and television sportscaster Keith Mills will deliver the keynote address outlining his personal battle with addiction.
