Harford County Executive Barry Glassman and his Cabinet showing their whiskers at the conclusion of “No Shave November”, along with boxes of shaving supplies generously donated by county employees and the community to local nonprofits. No Shave November is a national campaign urging men to stop shaving for the month to raise awareness about men’s cancer and promote regular cancer screenings. County Executive Glassman took the challenge to the next level by encouraging donations to support veterans and individuals experiencing homelessness.
