Advanced Systems Development Inc. (ASD) expanded its presence in Aberdeen MD, with the announcement of its newly formed C4ISR Enterprise Engineering and IT Modernization Business Unit. The office will be located adjacent to the U.S. Army’s Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG) North Gate (RT 22) at 210 Research Blvd Suite 260, Aberdeen MD 21001.

Tony Starks will be the new Executive Director for the business unit and is responsible for ASD operations at APG. His background includes a broad range of Enterprise IT and C4ISR experience over 30 years. He has significant US Army domain knowledge about CECOM and APG tenants, including other supporting COCOMS, PEOs and the Intelligence community.
