Lohr’s Orchard, a Harford County family tradition since 1928.
Lohr’s Orchard was founded in 1928 by Andrew and Harry Lohr in Joppa, Maryland. Andrew Lohr, Jr. and wife Zandra, started pressing their own fresh apple cider in 1964. Starting with hand cranked pressing to mechanicalling run production Lohr’s has continued to press delicious cider for over 50 years.
In 1974 Andrew and Zandra moved to their present location in Churchville, Maryland. Today their daughter Candace and husband Darryl operate the fruit and vegetable farm.
