County Executive Barry Glassman recommitted Harford County’s leadership of the Chesapeake Science and Security Corridor (CSSC) consortium, with the ceremonial signing earlier today of a memorandum of understanding.  The agreement joins more than 50 organizations in a collaborative commitment to sustain the Aberdeen Proving Ground mission and promote economic vitality for the region.
