On the morning of September 8, 2015 County Executive Barry Glassman presented the Governor William Paca Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution with a special flag to honor the fallen heroes of 9/11. The flag was ordered by the county executive to be flown outside the Harford County Administrative Building throughout the month of September.
