County Executive Barry Glassman Commends Harford County Kinship Caregivers

Recognizing the value of kinship caregivers, County Executive Barry Glassman presented a citation on September 22 to Harford County caregivers and members of Grandparents Raising Grandchildren (GPRG), a support group for kinship caregivers at Bel Air United Methodist Church.
