Every Mom has a story.
The Stories Between, the website that preserves the stories of loved ones, wants to hear the story of YOURS!

In honor of Mother’s Day, The Stories Between is holding a contest and invites the community to post tales on The Stories Between Facebook page from April 22 through May 6 about the mothers, grandmothers, aunts or other women who played a role in raising them.  Friends and family of the writers are invited to “like” the story, and a grand prize winner will be selected by a panel of judges from the three stories that receive the most “likes.” The winner will be announced on The Stories Between Facebook page on Saturday May 9, 2015, and will receive a spa day as part of their prize package. There is no fee to enter the contest.

The Stories Between (TSB) was created so users could share and archive all kinds of stories about loved ones, so entries can be funny, touching, inspiring, beloved memories, or just expressions of gratitude. Local “celebrities” Olympian Kimmie Meissner, Meteorologist Justin Berk and Orioles Head Groundskeeper Nicole McFayden will serve as judges, and select the Grand Prize winner of the spa day package which is being provided courtesy of All About Me spa. The package is valued at $210.00 and includes a facial, 1 hour massage, manicure and pedicure.

Harford County resident and well known community organizer Sharon Perfetti launched “The Stories Between” in 2014 as a way to preserve the memories of loved ones, as well as share family stories from the past. The site was recently utilized to commemorate the life of Orioles PR person, Monica Pence Barlow, and was also promoted by meteorologist Justin Berk on his Facebook page.
